About the Team
GOAT Group is reimagining the future of luxury clienteling services. We are seeking driven, curious and focused Associates to join the effort serving GOAT clients. The GOAT culture is built on a foundation of passion for the greatest products as they are personalized service. The Client Relationship Associate will have the opportunity to drive sales through a personal clienteling program that increases customer retention, drives growth and attracts new high potential clients.
In this role, you will:
- Execute an individual client development strategy under guidance of Manager
- Develop existing top client relationship through purpose driven, consistent and personalized clienteling
- Recruit new customers by identifying high growth potential client opportunities within existing database
- Collaborate within function on execution of exclusive client activations
- Support Client Relationship Managers to build a culture of team success
- Map client preferences and curate customized styling decks for VIC, high potential, and emerging clients balancing assortment between in-demand products, such as new season, archival and vintage
- Capture detailed non-transactional information about client preferences and lifestyle to enhance database
- Coordinate personalized hosting with clients, such as birthdays and anniversaries
- Support the testing and deployment of clienteling tools and projects helping team meet expectations and milestones*
- Be an expert in the CRM facts on GOAT client profile and behavior to utilize knowledge to develop strategies for department-wide financial maximization*
- Communicate regular updates on business status, incorporating changes based on feedback in order to improve the service experiences for our clients
- Share client feedback to deliver to internal teams and partners to improve the GOAT experience
- Serve as an information resource regarding competitor innovations
We are looking for:
- 3+ years experience in a luxury retail, hospitality or elite service related industry
- Passion for client discovery and storytelling
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is strongly preferred
- Unshakeable drive for results
- Fluency in Excel and Powerpoint/Google Slides
- Dynamic client communication toolkit (in person and written)
- Deep understanding of high-touch luxury service
- Knowledge of luxury service
- Entrepreneurial mindset and creative point of view
- Meticulous organization in client follow up
- Strong ability to engage and clientele a diverse group of client profiles
- Exceptional time and project management skills
- Integrity and respect for client privacy and data protection
