The Marketing Manager will be the brains behind all of Socket and play an integral role in spreading our vision to the world across all channels!

Founded in 2021, Socket’s mission is power unified dApps that are no longer constraint by single chains. Socket provides an interoperability protocol for developers, to make it easy for them to build cross-chain dApps.

70+ wallets & apps including Metamask, Coinbase, GMX, Synthetix, Rainbow, Zapper & Zerion leverage Socket for various cross-chain use cases. Socket is one of the top bridging protocols across L2s, having facilitated over $4bn+ in volumes

What will you do

  • Manage the content strategy across our various platforms such as X(Twitter), Discord, and Medium.
  • Build a distribution channel leveraging community, PR and KOLs for all marketing announcements
  • Work together with our 80+ ecosystem protocols on co-marketing and campaigns to grow Socket usage on their apps
  • Find opportunities to grow Socket’s mindshare among developers through events, podcasts, Spaces etc.
  • Leverage analytics to drive marketing decisions and focus on high-impact strategies.
  • Work closely with product, BD & design to convey our value prop to different audiences resonating with their unique needs and pain points.

About You

  • 2+ years in marketing or a related field.
  • Previous experience in L1s/L2s.
  • Proven marketing experience, focusing on multi-channel strategies.
  • Experience working with external marketing teams to lead co-marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand complex concepts and translate them into consumer-friendly language.
  • Good social media presence for oneself is a plus
