About the Professional Services Team.

  • We’re a fast-growing team that is ultimately responsible for delivering custom solutions to customers that are outside of the core software offerings.
  • We partner closely with the Product Management team and work with them to understand customer and market needs and to design and deliver world-class solutions that meet those needs.
  • We’re very close as a team and invest not only in each others’ skills and careers but also in building real relationships with one another: development is a team sport and we believe that it’s better (and more fun) to work on a team of people that you know well and care about.

What You’ll Do

  • First Week: You’ll learn about Quorum’s many products, users, and the public affairs world. You’ll start learning about the products and solutions the professional services team offers and implements.
  • First Month: You’ll take over the day-to-day management of the Technical Professional Services team and invest in improving the people and processes that make the team work.
  • First Six Months: You’ll lead the finalization of the internal and external professional service projects across all of Quorum’s platforms and also produce new service offerings that can be sold to Quorum’s customers.    You will provide reports to the leadership team that detail revenue and cost utilization.
  • First Year: You’ll take ownership of the overall vision of the Technical Professional Services team.

Our Work Environment

  • We are a remote-first team with flexible work options: work remotely, or you may choose to come into our office in Belo Horizonte.

Our team loves to spend time doing fun things outside of the office - both together and remote, which we call Quorum Fun events. Past Quorum Fun events have included apple picking, yoga, virtual art classes and wine tasting.

If you'd like to learn what it's like to have a real impact at a fast-growing company that is changing the way the advocacy process works, drop us a line. We'd love to talk to you!
