The Morgan Labs team is on a mission to transform how legal services are delivered by leveraging technology and automation. We build products and experiences for Morgan & Morgan’s clients, employees, and partners. From tools that make it easier for clients to start their case, using AI to process documents intelligently, bringing transparency to our clients in an opaque industry, we do it all.
Compensation: $100,000.00-$130,000.00 + Benefits DOE.
Location: This is a fully remote opportunity.
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications and systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and bugs
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years development experience with Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, Salesforce APIs
- Experience with traditional front-end, back-end, and database technologies preferred (but not required)
- Experience with Git, Gearset, and other CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
