Your Mission:

Join one of the most loved rising B2B brands online and the top community team in SaaS. This role presents a unique opportunity to expand Apollo’s brand over the coming years and shine the light on our millions of happy customers. This role is best for someone who is hardworking, creative, willing to take risks, thinks outside the box, and has the attention to detail necessary to distribute LOTS of content. The role reports to our Head of Social Media.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a social media strategy aligned with our business goals
  • Create and post engaging content across our different social media platforms
  • Guarantee consistency in brand messaging and tone across all social media channels
  • Build community by replying to thousands of comments and mentions in a manner that’s aligned with our social media strategy, brand voice, and tone.
  • Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms
  • Script, create, edit, and post videos that are in sync with our short-video form strategy
  • Spearhead cross-department collaboration to create content that will be posted on social media from hundreds of different sources

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of community experience at a SaaS company
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, trends, and best practices on social media marketing
  • Experience building and engaging social media communities for tech brands in different platforms
