THE ROLE
DEPT® is on the hunt for a part-time, Salesforce Marketing and Data Cloud Solution Architect. The expected utilization is about 10 hours per week. We can only consider resources in the Americas at this time. This role features a heavy focus on personalization and segmentation design with this position. We anticipate as new opportunities in the space arise, we will lean further on engaging this resource beyond the quoted 10 hours, weekly. The contract will go until the end of 2024.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Various development/consulting efforts related to the ongoing business needs as planned and prioritized between Client and Supplier supporting Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP)
- Documentation for solution designs and implementations
Priorities identified in the 2024 CRM Projects list range from the following:
- Adding new data sources into Data Cloud (i.e. Attentive, Shoe Perks, Store)
- Preference/Subscription Management
- Synchronization of customer data across Salesforce Clouds and other data systems
- Implementation of MCP for website
- Customer scoring into buying segments
- Lead Gen Automation
- Integration with 3rd Parties (i.e. Cataboom)
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - 5+ years of SFMC Solutioning
- 4+ years experience with delivering Salesforce Technical Programs in an SI-driven environment
- Ability to work in a face-paced environment
- Strong communication, interpersonal and consultative skills
- An analytical mindset, problem-solving, and presentation skills
- Excellent documentation skills
- Ability to work with the project team within the agile methodology
The anticipated salary range for this position is $60.00/hr - $100.00/hr. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, expertise, and organizational impact. This is based on a 40-hour workweek and leveling. Keep in mind, we're flexible.
