Description

The Artist Management Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Artist Management team, as well as liaising with other departments across the studio, including HR, Finance, Recruitment, Communications, and Production. They are integral to the positive experience of our artists, and production crew, from onboarding and throughout an employee’s time at Animal Logic.

What you’ll get to do:

  • Provide task support and regular updates to Artist Managers on outstanding issues
  • Schedule and attend relevant meetings; provide notes and summaries as required
  • Diary management for the Artists Managers as needed
  • Pull and create various crew reports from HRIS databases
  • Provide written contract updates to HR where appropriate
  • Partnering with Artist Managers, liaise directly with artists, production, and payroll, on leave requests and timesheet reconciliation
  • Schedule artist and production reviews; request and collate feedback from relevant parties
  • Liaise with HR, Finance, and production departments as required
  • Deal discreetly with confidential and sensitive information
  • Other ad hoc administrative duties as may reasonably be required

What you bring:

  • Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to form strong relationships across the company
  • Proven administrative experience and calendar management skills
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills; works well under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail, reliable, and responsible
  • Motivated, pro-active, positive, and adaptable
  • Proficiency with MS Office or Google Suite
  • Prior experience as an assistant, coordinator, or similar
  • Some knowledge or understanding of animation, VFX, or post-production is a plus
  • Human Resources studies is a plus
