We're looking for a motivated and talented Paralegal to join Match Group’s Hinge Legal team to provide transactional and day-to-day legal support to Hinge’s marketing and product teams. This hybrid role (3 days in office) will be based in New York, however remote highly qualified candidates who are able to be present periodically in the office will be considered.

How you'll make an impact:
  • You will assist with the preparation, drafting, and review of legal documents, such as agency and master services agreements, talent and influencer agreements, social impact and sponsorship agreements, sweepstakes, contests and other promotional agreements under the supervision of senior team members.
  • You will facilitate the contract lifecycle management process, including helping our Hinge business partners to scope work and track key contract milestones, as well as assist in-house attorneys in contract negotiations.
  • You will support day-to-day collaboration with Hinge’s marketing and product teams and provide legal review for Hinge app user interfaces and creative assets. 
  • You will respond to our Hinge business partners’ legal inquiries and identify and escalate legal issues as necessary.  
  • You will conduct research on various legal matters, including consumer protection laws and regulatory compliance. Help to maintain knowledge resources and prepare training presentations and guides for Hinge business partners.


We could be a match if:
  • You have 3+ years of relevant experience in the transactional legal field as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, Contracts Administrator or related role.  Experience with B2C user-facing and technology industries a plus. 
  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree and a Paralegal certificate from an ABA or NALP approved paralegal or legal program.
  • You are proficient in working with productivity and collaboration tools and software such as DocuSign, Ironclad, Google Workspace and Office Suite.  
  • You are skilled at creating presentations and/or have experience working with customer service and/or user interface tools. 
  • You have a demonstrated ability to draft, review and analyze legal documents for accuracy and compliance. 
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate legal concepts effectively to non-legal stakeholders.
  • You have strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.  
  • You have a team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively with both legal and non-legal teams

$80,000 - $98,000 a year
Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary range is reflective of New York. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
