Looking for an Integrated Marketing Coordinator


The Loaded and Open World Integrated Marketing team is in pursuit of an agile creative coordinator. We need creative minds, committed hearts, and forward-thinking humans to join us and make the work we do as impactful as it can be. The ideal candidate is strategic, creative, solution minded, collaborative, coachable, and never shies away from a challenge. 


The Integrated Marketing Coordinator, reporting to the Integrated Marketing Manager, will be responsible for supporting the Integrated Marketing team during the pre-sales and post-sales process as well as helping the team stay organized to be as efficient as possible.

On any given day you might...
  • Contribute to RFPs and creative briefs in partnership with the Creative Strategist and other internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to presentations in preparation for pitch meetings, kick off calls, and post mortems
  • Participate in and take detailed notes in meetings that center around ideation and development of creative strategy solutions
  • Update the creative vendor database to make sure the team has access to a wide range of specialty freelancers of various levels.
  • Work to maintain and grow our existing relationships with creative vendors
  • Assist in drafting contracts for freelancers and contractors
  • Provide updates to clients, vendors, and internal teams on status of invoices and payments
  • Assist in creating workback schedules and ensure campaigns are tracking on time for various deliveries
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to support campaign processes and updates
  • Monitor activities of competitors and industry trends
  • Assist in creating and maintaining documentation related to operational procedures (RFP trackers, best practices documents, Invoice and Contract Tracking, etc.)


Ideally you have...
  • 1-2 years of marketing coordination or creative production experience 
  • A rolodex and network of strong creative vendors and partners
  • A strong creative eye and passion for storytelling with ability to convey that story through presentation/decks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills – ability to adapt brand voice across various assets
  • Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Exceptional project management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Experience and knowledge of digital marketing and advertising, including but not limited to social media, blogging, email, display, search marketing, and mobile
  • The ability to adapt to a challenging, fast-paced environment of multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Creative, hands-on, and organized problem-solver
  • Self-motivated and able to work with regular check-ins and supervision from department leaders or teammates to communicate back progress and updates
  • Basic proficiency and working knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Enthusiastic, passionate, and strong work ethic!


Bonus points if you have...
  • Have a deep knowledge of video gaming content, and adjacent communities
  • Experience with project management tools like Monday
  • Experience with Google Suite including Slides, Sheets and Docs

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
