RKSV Securities was founded by Ravi Kumar and Shrinivas Viswanath in 2009 and was soon graced by Kavitha Subramanian as the third co-founder in 2016. The Series B funding round scaled multifold and witnessed an investment of $25 million by US-based investment firm - Tiger Global Management in September 2019.

Job Description Summary:

As a Product Intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and enhancement of our platform, ensuring great experience for our users. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about personal finance, have a strong analytical mindset, and are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: 

Get to know customer: Analyze data, conduct user research, and analyze support tickets to understand their pain points and address them at scale.

Make your first release: Collaborate with designers and developers to address the identified pain points using your research and analysis.

Increase adoption of existing product features.


In you day to day role you will:

- Analyzing data to discern positive and negative trends and taking appropriate action.

- Maintaining close connections with customers through user research or other mediums to address critical customer issues related to specific product features.

-Analyzing customer tickets associated with a particular product feature and brainstorming solutions to address them at scale.

-Collaborating with developers and designers to develop small features and address existing bugs.

-Scaling existing product features by collaborating with the marketing team and/or  implementing self-adoption solutions.
