We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our EA team. This role will partner with our CFO and will report to the Chief of Staff to the CFO. We are looking for someone who is creative and enjoys working within a fast growing, rapidly changing environment that is mission-driven and community oriented. The ideal individual will be both strategic and tactical, a right hand partner for their executive, have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. We are looking for an EA that knows how to dive in and roll up their sleeves to get things done and be two steps ahead of their executive. 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage CFO’s calendar, appointments and travel arrangements
  • Track and help drive completion of key deliverables for a variety of projects
  • Project management and tracking actions and deliverables
  • Manage communications, presentations and other documentation
  • Organize CFO Org events including offsites, quarterly connection events, all hands, and more
  • Develop lasting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Help manage a balance among multiple competing priorities

What you bring:

  • Proven or related experience supporting C-level executives in executive assistant or project management capacities
  • Strong organizational skills, reflecting the ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with attention to detail
  • Solid understanding and experience using Google Suite, Slack and Zoom
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, and external partners 
  • Previous experience at a tech company / startup / financial services firm preferred 
  • Ability and willingness to take on challenging new projects
  • Proven-effective written and verbal communication skills - able to simplify complex topics in a friendly and approachable manner
  • Ability and willingness to occasionally work out of the Checkr offices and provide proof of vaccination and booster towards Covid 19

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors.  In accordance with Colorado law, the base salary for this role if filled within Colorado is $101,000-$119,000.
