Description

We are looking for a Program Manager, Customer Org Operations to help drive and facilitate key initiatives and projects. You will work closely with the Chief Customer Officer, Customer Success & Field Engineering in order to coordinate internal and external, initiatives, maintain metrics and provide analysis of projects and programs status and outcomes.

What you’ll do: 

  • Assist with project prioritization following established methodology 
  • Manage complex program and project plans with supporting documentation and metrics
  • Create and maintain business metrics for the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and standards
  • Communicate status updates and relevant information on programmatic and project initiatives
  • Drive project execution by monitoring project status, gathering customer responses and needs, monitoring project scope and watching for potential roadblocks
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, and finance 

Requirements

  • 4-7+ years of Program Management experience (understanding/working on large end-to-end programs), preferably at a cybersecurity vendor, MSP, or MSSP 
  • Familiarity with AI, automation, APIs, and related technologies
  • Data analysis, reporting and metrics experience.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Deep passion for customer success
  • Excellent project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities  simultaneously
