Terraform Labs is seeking a highly qualified Business Development Manager with expertise in both SaaS/Fintech sales and cryptocurrency to drive our business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and client relationship management. Your deep understanding of SaaS solutions and the crypto landscape will be instrumental in expanding our reach and partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Full Sales Cycle: Lead the entire sales process, including prospecting, qualification, solution presentation, contract negotiation, and closing deals.
- SaaS/Fintech Expertise: Leverage your extensive experience in SaaS/Fintech sales to identify opportunities, position our products effectively, and drive revenue growth.
- Crypto Knowledge: Utilize your deep understanding of the cryptocurrency industry to engage with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders in the crypto space.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and tailor your approach accordingly.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with company objectives.
- Sales Analytics: Monitor and analyze sales performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on progress to the executive team.
Requirements
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in SaaS/Crypto sales with a strong understanding of the full sales cycle.
- In-depth knowledge of the cryptocurrency industry and its ecosystem.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
