Your Role:


As part of the product management team, you will be responsible for driving critical product innovations forward in the Leadr product. You will research, plan, and execute new product investments, working closely with our design and engineering teams.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years experience as a product manager for a software product, B2B cloud experience preferred.
  • A proven track record of software product management.
  • Contagious energy to inspire those around you in pursuit of success.
  • Passionate drive and extraordinary ability to communicate with customers, colleagues, and executives.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, narrative storytelling, and organization skills that instills confidence from leadership
  • Experience creating high-fidelity specs and documentation.
  • Experience achieving business outcomes through user-centered design.
  • Experience working with UX and engineering teams; deep commitment to customers and team collaboration.
  • Experience collecting and interpreting user analytics to make data-driven product choices (Pendo)
  • Ability to evaluate and discuss technical concepts.
  • Passion for web-based SaaS software.
  • Emotional intelligence and the ability to build consensus.
  • Experience with agile development processes and frequent product release cycles.


Role Responsibilities:
  • Deeply understand the needs of our customers to build products with great product market fit.
  • Create and communicate compelling product plans
  • Own scoping and execution for new and existing product features.
  • Drive projects through to completion, providing detailed progress metrics during development and thorough, insightful analysis of results post-launch.
  • Work closely with design and engineering to create compelling high-quality customer experiences.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders and customers.
  • Manage ongoing trade-offs in market fit, usability, cost, and performance.
  • Analyze market and trends to inform new recommendations.
