We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to cultivate relationships with prospective clients; by collaborating closely with our Account Managers, you'll ensure a seamless lead handoff process and maintain a robust lead pipeline in Salesforce. With your exceptional communication skills and sales prowess, you'll conduct outbound calls daily, set face-to-face appointments, and provide outstanding customer service through regular follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
- Qualifies inbound and outbound inquiries and converts them to sales appointments for Regional Account Managers
- Work closely with Regional Account Managers to ensure a seamless lead handoff process
- Maintain a lead pipeline in Salesforce
- Conduct outbound calling every day to set face-to-face appointments, ensuring outstanding customer service through regular follow-ups, reporting regularly to Management
- Follow up on leads to opportunities using Salesforce to ensure needs are being met and opportunities are being won/closed
- Administer and execute corporate promotions, programs, campaigns, and new product introductions
- Research a list of targeted accounts using the provided tools to find the key contacts and decision-makers for DM products
- Meet and/or exceed monthly activity goals, quarterly revenue targets, and other key sales metrics established by the business and sales leadership team
- Effectively utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and other programs to plan and record sales activities, identify and log potential sales opportunities, and provide key information as needed
- Participate in regular product training and development programs to demonstrate the benefit of all DM products, services, sales processes, and systems
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of related inside sales experience with emphasis on both outbound and inbound calling
- Has quota-based sales experience with sales impact on performance, quota attainment, and promotion
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- An energetic and positive person who is motivated to deliver strong results and win
- A fast-thinker with a strong ability to challenge customers to try something new
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills
- Strong listening and sales skills
