Description
We seek a strategic and results-driven leader to join our team as the Director of Partner Experience and Enablement. In this role, you will develop and execute internal enablement strategies that drive partner success and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in on-boarding, partner portals, channel sales, partner enablement, and a proven track record of building successful channel programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Enablement Strategy:
- Develop and implement channel enablement strategies that align with overall business objectives and drive partner engagement and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of channel strategies with product marketing, sales, and business development efforts.
- Design and deliver a seamless and ‘all-inclusive’ on-boarding experience for Wiz Partners.
- Build a Partner Experience Program that is unique in the market and provides a competitive advantage to allow partners to truly be an extension of the Wiz Revenue Teams.
- Integrate and measure the ramp and success of Wiz Partners. Help drive New Business Meetings and logos through centralized pipeline & enablement programs with Marketing.
- Provide support and resources to help Channel Account Managers effectively learn the Partner Program, and market products and solutions.
- Develop sales tools, playbooks, and collateral to support Channel Account Managers and Sales Team’s efforts.
- Measure the success and ramp of Channel Account Managers. Ensure they have the tools and knowledge to meet their goals.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine channel programs, incentives, and promotions that drive partner engagement and revenue growth.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of channel programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Support verticalization, different big bet programs, and build playbooks that align to the Wiz Sales Process
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Must have 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner enablement, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Proven track record of building successful channel programs and driving partner engagement and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of channel dynamics and best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.
