Redesign Health is launching a new venture, Heart Failure StealthCo, with the aim to increase the quality of care provided and remove cost from the healthcare system. Acute Heart Failure events place a significant strain on health systems, providers, and patients, with over 40% of heart failure patients currently returning to the hospital within 90 days post-discharge. We very much believe this commitment to improving care and reducing cost is critical to the long-term success of the company.
About The Job
As Product Consultant at StealthCo, you will have the opportunity to define the product vision and overall product strategy for the MVP that will be used by specialists & PCPs managing heart failure patients post hospitalization. StealthCo is leveraging a hybrid care delivery model, including a combination of guideline medication optimization tools, transitions of care services, remote data collection, behavioral nudging, and rapid clinical interventions.
This role will report directly to the new venture's CEO and be able to work fully remote. This role has the opportunity to convert to a full time hire on the founding team.
What you’ll do:
- Be responsible for creating and delivering the overall vision for the product including the development of the 12+ month product roadmap for feature & product development, and execute on the build of the project by managing technology vendors to build out the initial product offering, including contractors & software licenses.
- Own product strategy and build for a tech-enabled services platform, including discrete use cases for health systems, risk-bearing organizations, and patients.
- Manage the product organization’s budget; inform build vs buy technology decisions and partner closely with Engineering around MVP build, EHR integrations, and data governance.
- Partner with the CEO to lead product discussions with potential customers.
- Own the overall success of the product and create transparency through OKRs that contribute to the overall success of the company’s product launch and growth.
What you’ll need:
Background
- 7+ years of experience with product management, with at least 2 years of experience in a 0 - 1 product environment where you successfully launched this type of tech-enabled services product leveraging a hybrid care delivery model.
- 3+ years of experience developing technology solutions with a focus on clinical workflow, transitions of care, patient engagement, and medication adherence in at least one of the following areas: care management, clinical decision-making, telehealth, virtual care delivery, and/or clinical assessment and management.
- 3+ years experience managing technical resources & leading engineering discussions both off-shore and on-shore (You're able to translate the PM requirements to engineers and lead those engineering discussions)
- Experience with data and product architecture and data governance
