Position Summary
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist at Fort Health, you will play a crucial role in building our clinical team to deliver exceptional care to our clients. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, you will be the face of full-cycle recruiting at Fort Health for licensed therapists, nurse practitioners, psychiatrists, and other clinical staff members.
Details
- Full-cycle clinical talent acquisition for licensed therapists, psychologists, and other clinical/non-clinical recruiting needs.
- Contribute hiring processes optimization efforts to ensure efficiency and an exceptional candidate experience.
- Utilize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Contribute knowledge and ideas to assist in developing key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and improve the end-to-end hiring process.
- Collaborate with the Executive team to shape Fort Health's culture and employee experience.
Qualifications, Experience, and Background
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle, high volume, clinical recruiting experience.
- Previous behavioral health or mental health experience preferred.
- Proficiency in utilizing ATS platforms and other recruitment tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with candidates effectively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment and successfully navigate ambiguity.
- Proficiency in Google Work Suite and Microsoft Office
Reporting
This position reports directly to the Chief of Staff and requires a proactive approach to project assignments and general guidance.

- Base salary range starting at $70,000 with additional performance-based compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications.
