PagerDuty is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Alliances with a focus on building and executing  joint go-to-market (GTM) programs with strategic consulting and technology partners. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strategic thinking, relationship building and sales execution.

The Senior Manager will lead the alliance team in launching and scaling GTM programs with key consulting and technology partners to drive PagerDuty's growth and enhance service delivery. They will establish strong relationships with partner leadership teams, both horizontally and vertically, to maximize the impact of our partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage and deepen relationships with consulting and technology partners
  • Evangelize PagerDuty's partner value proposition through training, webinars, events, and other communication channels
  • Lead the execution of joint GTM initiatives to originate, co-develop and progress PagerDuty opportunities.  
  • Collaborate with PagerDuty's sales organization to facilitate account mapping and field-level relationships with partners’ sales, marketing, and overlay teams
  • Collaborate with various internal teams including business operations, marketing, product marketing, program management, and services

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in business development or partner management, joining with GTM initiatives to drive pipeline generation and progression with business partners and revenue growth at a dynamic SaaS or PaaS company
  • Experience developing and managing a portfolio of GSI/RSI relationships and leading cross functional teams at scale to common outcomes and goals.
  • AWS or Cloud Service Provider experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong relationship building and management skills
  • Experience building and scaling GTM partnerships for pipeline and revenue generation
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels and across organizations
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • BA/BS degree in a related field

 

The base salary range for this position is 126,000 - 193,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.

Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range, which is subject to change based on primary work location, reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we expect to pay newly hired employees for the position. Within the range, we determine pay for an individual based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills/competencies and experience.
