As the Ads Product Management lead, you will be entrusted with the pivotal role of shaping the product strategy, execution, and team development for our organisation, which serves as the cornerstone of our company's monetisation efforts.

What will you do?
  • Team Leadership: You will directly oversee all Ads product management teams spanning various domains, including advertiser measurement. This entails not only managing these teams but also being responsible for recruiting, retaining, and nurturing top-tier product managers and leaders.
  • Product Strategy Ownership: Your role will involve owning the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for our comprehensive Ads product suite, aimed at delivering exceptional customer outcomes and driving revenue growth across multiple objectives and stages of the customer journey.
  • Innovation Advocate: You will champion the development of differentiated and unique products within the Ads domain, with a focus on automating operational processes associated with our Ads platform, thereby enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaboration and Partnerships: Collaborating closely with the Ads engineering team, you will drive the execution of the product roadmap and influence the technological evolution of our Ads platform.

Additionally, you will forge partnerships with the Consumer product team to uncover synergies between consumer-facing products and ad offerings. Furthermore, you will serve as a strategic partner for other Ads cross-functional teams such as Product Marketing, Sales, Ad Ops, and Business Development, contributing to the formulation and execution of our Ads business strategy through your insights and actions. Performance experience will be an added advantage.


Who should apply for it?
  • Candidates with 10+ years of PM leadership or equivalent experience in internet-based services.
  • Proven experience in building & running high-performing, diverse & inclusive teams that work well across multiple locations, time zones and with remote employees.
  • Proven experience in hiring & managing multiple principal-level ICs, senior managers & directors
  • Strong, established domain knowledge and expertise in ad tech.
  • Candidates with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with Executive-level leadership
