Azul is currently interviewing candidates for a summer internship opportunity in our Worldwide Revenue Operations team!

In this role, you will report to the Director, Sales Operations and focus on various projects surrounding the quality and enhancement of Azul’s historical and current data surrounding accounts, historical opportunity, and contacts. Under the guidance of the Director, Sales Operations, you will develop and execute various projects designed to improve our historical data or enrich data to improve out metrics driven initiatives surrounding Sales and Marketing. 

 

Who we are looking for: 

We are looking for a current undergraduate student who is looking to expand their knowledge of or obtain experience in a software sales organization and the infrastructure necessary to run a global sales and marketing organization.  You will have a passion for data, quality control, and research with a demonstrated attention to detail, research skills, and self-motivation.

 

What you will do (Responsibilities): 

·             Work Salesforce.com and spreadsheets, execute on defined data quality initiatives with a high attention to detail and in a timely fashion.

·             Generate reports from online data sources, analyze and interpret results.

·             Research accounts online and through multiple resources (including D&B, ZoomInfo) to enhance account records with both Firmographics and Technographic data.

·             Engage with Azul’s sales team to research historical deal outcomes and record these findings in the opportunity.

·             Engage with Azul’s marketing team to enrich contact data through research both online and with Marketing and Sales teams.

·             Document all findings and data research. 


What you bring (Requirements): 

·             Strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to communicate with Operations, Sales, and Marketing professionals clearly and effectively.

·             Organized, detail and process-oriented.

·             Self-starter with the ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment.

·             Manage multiple tasks and use good judgment in resolving difficult or ambiguous issues. 

 

Your Education & Experience:

·             Currently enrolled and attending a four-year college or university (Preferred)

·             Pursuing a degree such as Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or other degree where experience in working in a software company is beneficial to your degree and your future career goals (Preferred)

·             Experience using Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools.

·             Experience researching and interacting with data.

·             Experience in Salesforce.com is a plus.

·             Experience with Pivot Tables is a plus.

·             Sunnyvale, CA or Remote in the United States

The hourly pay range for this job is $20 to $25 per hour.  Individual hourly pay is determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.

In accordance with local law, the range provided is a reasonable estimate of the base salary for this role.
