Your responsibility:
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the product, raise the bar for quality and make crypto more accessible.
- Lead the user experience and designs across iOS, Android and Web.
- Your work involves user research, prototyping, visual design and interaction design as well as technical writing and information architecture.
- You ensure our product design facilitates simple and elegant user flows, journeys and experiences which our users will love.
- You work closely with the product manager and the engineering team to iterate and deliver your design to the user.
Your background and skills:
- 5+ years of designing delightful experiences across iOS, Android and web platforms, first leadership experience is a plus.
- Love to understand complex problems and solve them by understanding human behavior.
- You are a pro when it comes to prototyping, applying user research methodologies and you know how to translate it into product design.
- Ability to understand technical implications of decision decisions and collaborate with engineers.
- You love a neat and pixel-perfect design and clean visual design sense.
- You are interested to learn about Crypto/DeFi.
- You are used to agile working methodologies and like to work in a collaborative environment.
- You have excellent English language skills (written & verbal).
- You are fun to work with :-)
