Account Manager at FinFit

The Account Manager is responsible for managing one of our major payroll partner accounts and reports to the Communications Manager. This role helps onboard new and existing employer clients, providing communications support, conducting demonstrations of the FinFit platform, and troubleshooting any operational issues.

 

Qualifications we value

       2+ years experience working in a Marketing, Communications, or Sales role in a technology, employee benefits, or financial services company

       Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent listening and negotiation abilities

       Excellent organizational and time management skills

       Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive or C-level

       BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or relevant field

In this role, you’ll get to…

       Manage the successful onboarding and ongoing relationship management for SMB clients of a major payroll provider as they begin offering the FinFit platform, via outbound calling and emailing

       Develop and share content and communication materials with clients on an ongoing basis to help drive awareness of the FinFit benefit within employee populations

       Conduct demonstrations of the FinFit platform for clients and/or their employees, effectively communicating the value of the various features and products available to them

       Track success of your efforts in order to inform future campaigns and communication approaches

       Participate in business and system improvement efforts, collaborating with employees at various levels to understand problems, identify improvements, and create plan to introduce change and evaluate changes made for success

       Respond to and help resolve complex and/or escalated client issues, coordinating actions of various internal teams in response, and effectively communicating status back to clients during critical events.
