About the Role:
As a Product Manager, Data & Insights at Unite Us you will lead a critical domain that designs, develops, and delivers data-oriented products that are used by our customers to analyze, communicate, drive even greater social and health care impact in the communities they serve. You will work closely with Engineering, Analytics, Operations, Customer Success, and Product Marketing teams as well as leaders across the organization to ensure our products continue to drive value for our customers and end users. You will be responsible for taking new features from concept, through specification and development, up to deployment and ensuring both internal stakeholders and users are equipped with the resources to utilize these new features effectively. We want you to think big and outside the box. What have we not thought of? What type of input will help us determine a better solution? How might we make iterative improvements, while thinking about the bigger picture? How might automation play a role? You should expect to work on multiple projects in parallel, applying first principles thinking and problem solving skills.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with stakeholder teams to define and execute on the vision for the data products you manage
- Collect and utilize qualitative and quantitative data to inform your strategy and roadmap
- Develop tactical plans that achieve the goals and target metrics you identify
- Deeply understand critical user needs and how our customers derive value to develop detailed product and technical requirements
- Partner with Customer Success, User Education, and Product Marketing teams to develop robust resources that empower users to effectively utilize our data products
- Work closely with tech and other product and design teams, with an equal seat at the table, brainstorming, communicating context and providing guidance
- Communicate and partner effectively with stakeholders. We believe the way to operate is with context, not control.
- Own the product roadmap with your tech and design counterparts - from bigger features to small enhancements
You’re a great fit for this role if you:
- 3+ years of software product management and related experience building and scaling consumer-facing or B2B products, especially in healthcare
- Deep understanding of data and reporting platforms, data warehouse and data lake technologies, and have developed products that leverage them
- Strong analytical skills and comfortable working directly with data using SQL, Python, or other tools to answer questions and make decisions
- Believe in the power of data and have a proven track record of improving experiences/processes using data
- Have strong persuasion skills and communicate effectively to articulate a compelling vision both internally and externally
- Embody an ownership mindset end-to-end
- Have an abundance mindset and your glass is (generally) half-full
- Love solving problems and tinkering with solutions
- Thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
- Have keen attention to detail
- Have an interest in social welfare and/or healthcare

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:
- This position is remote, U.S. based
- The target pay range for this role is: $100,000-$145,000. This salary range represents our target hiring range for this role. The proposed salary will be dependent on the candidate's skills, experience, and competencies, as well as location.
- All team members will be required to pass a background check which includes criminal, employment, and education verification
