About this Role Lyra is looking for an experienced clinical leader with expertise and commitment to evidence-based and culturally-responsive care, clinical quality assurance, and developing high performing teams. You will serve as a Clinical Quality Manager for Lyra’s Blended Care Therapy program.  The Clinical Quality Manager is an experienced clinical and administrative supervisor who independently provides administrative and clinical supervision to teams of clinicians, provides consultation to other professionals, is able to grasp both the clinical and business aspects of decision making, and is able to provide meaningful contribution to clinical quality projects and clinical initiatives. For this full-time role, the primary responsibility will be to help train, manage, and supervise teams of therapists practicing CBT and other evidence-based practices through our innovative video therapy platform.  A key responsibility of the Clinical Quality Manager is to oversee and participate in ongoing quality assurance review of therapists to ensure high standards for care.
