Snagajob is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our machine learning investment, which powers our search and matching capabilities. We’re looking for someone who loves data driven product management and can bring innovative machine learning products to the market. Product Managers at Snagajob are the CEOs of their products and are responsible for delivering products that are usable, valuable, and feasible for businesses in line with the company’s strategy and financial goals.

What You’ll Get to Do
As the Product Manager leading our Search & Match team, you are responsible for transforming how Snagajob curates a distinct worker experience to help eliminate the friction of finding the right job. You will continue to evolve our jobs experience by creating new ways of interacting with work - specifically, how workers personalize and curate their jobs experience. You will own how jobs are matched with workers and how jobs are ranked across the site. Gone are the days of endless keyword searches and questionable results. You know how to get the right job in front of the right worker at the right time.
- Design and deliver products
- Own the Search & Match roadmap (overall KPI: Conversions)
- Craft incredible experiences to delight our customers
- Collaborate with design and engineering to deliver high-quality products
- Own excellent execution from ideation, launch, and iteration (~2-3 epics in parallel)
- Identify and prioritize opportunities
- Understand machine learning from a business perspective (previous engineering experience not required) - how to frame problems, how to advocate for data creation across product teams, how to use data to better support a worker’s journey
- Be fluent in and contribute to Snagajob’s merchandising, search, and match strategy
- Utilize qualitative and quantitative research to identify opportunities
- Lead teams to set priorities and maintain a clear roadmap
- Drive adoption and inform strategy
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to drive product adoption
- Contribute to initiatives across the organization as a voice of the worker, e.g., Go-To-Market strategy

What You’ll Bring
- Experience: You have current and significant product management experience (time in marketplaces or in data product management type roles is super helpful). You are strong in A/B testing, data analysis, and data-driven product management
- Problem solving skills: You have strong critical thinking skills. You are hypothesis-driven and quickly able to “cut through” to identify solutions to complex problems
- Empathy: You can put yourself in the shoes of a worker. You know how workers think and have strong intuition on what matters and what doesn’t to a worker in any given situation
- High bar for quality: You love excellence, especially in products. It’s your professional passion to build experiences that take the breath out of users
- Influencing skills: You are a confident communicator – both verbal and written – with an ability to influence and inspire others

At Snagajob, our commitment to being an equitable and inclusive employer is foundational to us, and we believe that pay transparency is a vital component of pay equity. In this role, you can expect to be paid a base salary in the range of $118,500 - $175,000. Full time employees are also eligible for Snagajob's bonus, equity, and benefits programs.
