Call Center Representative

We are looking for an Outbound Caller who is excited to work from home (100% remote) and help our recruitment team in search of quality candidates that are the best fit for our company. This is a project-based position with the possibility of benefit-eligible status after 5 months. As an outbound caller, you must be great and confident on the phone in order to answer concerns, gather information, and be able to clarify any questions. For this, you must be able to work under pressure and handle stress. To be successful in this role, you should have experience in doing outbound calls of at least a hundred fifty calls per day and can help us contact target audiences effectively. The ideal candidate should be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have the ability to achieve target conversion rates on a daily basis.
