THE OPPORTUNITY

Requirements for the Role:

● Experience as a fullstack engineer

● Experience building care team facing products at healthcare startups

● Experience with Aptible, AWS

● Experience working with out of the box or homegrown EMR’s

● Experience working with a remote, distributed team

● Full-stack development experience in the following languages: Python 3, ReactJS

● Experience working in an agile environment using modern tools. They use tools like Asana, GitHub

● Strong object-oriented design concepts

● Experience building reliable, high-performance web applications

● Deep understanding of application state management

● Strong understanding of REST fundamentals and experience building and consuming REST APIs

● Strong drive to bring new products and ideas to market quickly, a willingness to experiment and take risks, and a desire to work in a tight-knit, dynamic, collaborative environment

Nice to Have, But Not Required:

● Experience in a high growth technology or healthcare company.

● Experience working in a startup environment.

Job Summary:

They are recruiting a Full Stack Software Engineer who can partner with product management and lead a team of engineers to solve care team problems.

As an early hire on the Product & Engineering team, you will work closely with a small, dynamic team to build products, services, and platform features that will improve the experience of the care team at Cayaba Care. You will define and implement best practices for clean, extensible code and own the architecture, frameworks, and toolkits used to build and maintain the product. You will provide mentorship to fellow engineers and lead discussions and contribute to technical architecture decisions.
